Born out the many failed test subjects produced by Raz Karcy. He remains loyal to the
only surviving test subject code named "Wienerless Steve." His memory chip is that of the
mighty Pipo, who was an invaluable asset to "Wienerless Steve" during his escape.
Although his memory was damaged during the catastrophe of Steve's escape he only
remebers the last thing he heard before his body was immobilized, the scream of his only
true friend. Pipoooooooo!
