To be honest, I used to be a rather hardcore Nintendo fan. Not a Mario fan. >_> Zelda, Metroid, and Pokemon were always in the top five of my games while growing up, with Zelda easily taking the number one spot. However, after a while,I kinda grew out of my fanboyism. I still liked Nintendo, but I was starting to see that there WERE other games worth playing and there was no point in me limiting myself to just Nintendo games. Thank God I did, because I shudder to think what I would be playing now instead of the games I am now. XD

Now I own a PS3 and I love it so much! I want to get a 360 some day, but that's still a ways a way. I have a Wii as well, but I don't really play it. =\ After Darkside Chronicles came out, I was kinda done with Nintendo. XD Like, the Wii's an okay system, but I really think Nintendo's out of touch with the gaming world lately. Some of my friends are still hardcore Nintendo fans, which is cool for them, but I personally can't really get into any of Nintendo's first party stuff anymore. =\

In the end though, I'm a hardcore RPG fan. =D Final Fantasy is always at the top of my list, but games like Dragon Age and Demon's Souls certainly are up there. Surprisingly, I'm really into horror games, which I couldn't even play when I was a kid. XD If it wasn't obvious from my icon and wallpaper, Jill Valentine is my favorite video game character of all time and she's the inspiration for my handle. Basically, just think back to the T-Veronica virus and apply it to the events of RE5 and Jill's involvement in the creation of Uroboros and you'll understand where I'm coming from. XD
