I guess I should introduce myself, I am Stacy, I am 18 and I live in England. :)
I am not going to state the obvious, because if I wasn't then why would I be here?
I honestly can't remember the first game I ever played, which makes me rather sad. :( Though I do believe it was on Nintendo 64.
I love RPG's though I am not a huge fan of Eastern styled RPG's (or JRPG's as they are commonly known) and MMORPG's, the latter mainly because everyone seems to be too busy to just sit back and have fun.
My least favourite genre would probably be First Person Shooters, more specifically Military Shooters, I find them to be very repetitive and their stories are lacking.
While not a genre my biggest pet-peeve about being a gamer would have to be console wars/fanboys (and girls.) Gamers usually hate being stereotyped as a morbidly obese socially awkward sexually perverted person living in their mum's basement. So arguing over something so trivial as a game franchise or console is rather a slap in the face to those trying to promote gamers as more than the stereotype portrays. That's just my opinion though, I am sure you will have your own on the subject, will agree or disagree with what I have said, feel free to let me know what you think by writing on my profile page :)
3 years and I've loved every minute of it, thanks for making me the happiest girl on Earth! <3 XxX
