I'm Darick - a lover of video games that is graduate of Duke Divinity School (go Blue Devils!). I am married to the amazing Cindy Lou, and living with her in Charleston, WV.

As far as free time goes, I love playing video games, Warmachine (a tabletop game with steam powered robots), Malifaux (a gothic steampunk tabletop game), watching soccer (mainly MLS, Philly Union #DOOP), and board games (Arkham Horror, Battlestar Galactica, Game of Thrones, etc). When I have the time I love reading comic book trades, Scifi, fantasy, and philosophy/religion (St. Thomas Aquinas ftw).

I'm a bit of a philosophy geek, but I've mellowed out over the years, but I love when religion and philosophy appear in video games - I think that is what made Bioshock such an engaging game, (there's nothing like critiquing Ayn Rand's philosophy at its core).
