Shirking away from a life of servitude in the City, Alex has sought to carve himself out a career in video-game journalism. Since graduating from UCL, he’s written articles and reviews for his own enjoyment and now seeks to entertain others through his musings via Awesome Games.

Whilst he enjoys good games from all genres, Alex is an RPG addict. From traditional fantasy woodlands to post-apocalyptic wastelands, as long as there is depth in the story, characters to level, and loot to be hoarded you can be sure that Alex will play it.

Away from his consoles and monitors, Alex’s other passions lie in sport, and music. He follows Chelsea FC religiously, often praying at the shrine of Stamford Bridge, and plays bass guitar in a rock/alternative band that he formed while at university.
