I've always been a gamer. One of my first childhood memories was crawling up my neighbor's black leather couch and seeing the painted cartoon skunk on a cribbage board.Video Gaming, Role-Playing, Board-Gaming I got it all covered.
I do some Graphic Design/Web Design, Fine Art Painting, miniature painting, Ceramics, Intaglio, Lithography, silk screening, along with playing the guitar, drums, and bass. Pretty much a Jack of Arts.Everything about creating new, beautiful, scary, and whatever else is the amazement that fuels me. Well that and Absinthe and Whiskey. I rarely get drunk, but I do enjoy imbibing delicious beverages for their wonderful tastes. What else...I once modified Doom II to add all new weapons and monsters. The imps were homeless guys in trench coats that burped and threw JD bottles at you. The zombie marines were gang members. The machine gun spider was a pink low-rider that bumped to Brass Monkey. The sound FX got a complete overhall with the doors opening to the screech of Kurt Cobain's feedback. The bullet shots were snare drum hits, and well it was totally awesome. The player got to use dual-Mac 10's that unloaded spent casings, and there was a flame-thrower, a fully automatic shotgun........sadly though all the work I did back then in 1992 had no ability to be transferred from the computer because the files were too large. No Sleep Till Brooklyn, as I called it, died with that old machine. If you want to know more about me. Check out my first book, a true quest about obtaining the greatest gaming machine from 1984, the Commodore 64: http://www.amazon.com/Porch-It-Josh-Andrew-Malbon/dp/1480188...Porch It is my first published book. It is about growing up in Silicon Valley during the 80's. God Bless.
