The lights are on
Video games have had/has a lot fads, whether it be enemies, modes, or the settings. For example, many FPSs had a World War II setting; which is being replaced by a modern day setting. Otherworldly creatures and nazis had the spotlight , but now zombies and mutants are all the rage. Singleplayer has met its rival with multiplayer and co-op. For better or worse, new experiences keep coming and coming.
