'Sup.
I'm Matt LoCicero, but you can call me Robo. Just a mid-teens gamer, classical and jazz musician, and occasional poet.
I've been involved in the wonderful world of gaming for almost ten years. I started on the GBA (long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away), with my first home console being a PS2, and Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy was my first game for it. I loved that game, and I loved that console. That thing was my childhood, and it was all sorts of awesome. :D Got a Wii back in 2006, and I got my PS3 back in 2007. I've had the same sturdy console since. Got my first 360 in 2008, and my second 360 back in late 2010. I've loved every console I've owned in my time as a gamer.
If it wasn't evidenced well enough in the first line of this bio, I like music. Performances are always a blast, and the musician's lifestyle brings about great opportunities to travel and make new friends. Music is a huge part of who I am, and I can't bear to think how dull life would be without it. Thankfully, I don't have to.
Anyhoo...
Have some brass band music. This first video is a recording of a favorite of mine, "The Kingdom Triumphant", which is a fantastically fun piece to perform.
This second tune is actually a recording of the band I play in (with me in it, of course) performing "Beceuse and Finale from Firebird".
And here, have a fine example of the oddly enjoyable genre called 'electro-swing'. The song is 'Star Scat' from the group 'Caravan Palace'.
Oh, and one last thing. Go visit my pal God of Irony (http://www.gameinformer.com/members/god-of-irony/default.aspx). He's cool.
