*Turns around with a pipe while wearing a smoking jacket* Oh, hello. I didn't see you standing there. Welcome all, it's currently the 90's on my page. Feel free to pull up a chair and listen to the 90's radio station that will be my page.
Lead singer of Faith No More(and a thousand other projects) Mike Patton is a bit of a music God. This is one of the songs from the 90's that kind of encapsulates the whole 90's experience. We had good songs, and we had terrible songs. This for me, was a great song. Protip: Mike Patton was also the voice of the Darkness in the video game, The Darkness.
Jakob Dylan might not be as famous as his dad, but damn I loved(love)this song when I first heard it back in the day.
It's Beck. I mean....it's Beck. He's one of those artist that constantly reinvents himself. This video premiered when MTV still played music videos instead 16 and pregnant. :/
Blind Melon. Adorable chubby bee girl. Classic 90's
Did you grow up in the 90's? Did you like Batman Forever? Did you collect every one of those McDonalds Batman themed glasses. CAUSE I SURE DID!
The song and video speaks for itself. I...want to hate it, but I just can't. Welcome to my dark place.
I still have this cassette tape..........I'm not kidding........
Remember that time Dave Coulier(Uncle Joey on Full House)wronged Alanis Morrisette so bad that she wrote a song with the lyrics "And every time I scratch my nails down someone else's back I hope ya feel it, well can ya feel it!" Yeah, that happened.
Third Eye Blind and Eve 6 are two of the first albums I bought with my own money. And this is the song I think of when I remember Third Eye Blind.
Eve 6 is one of my personal favorite bands of the 90's. This is the song that introduced me to them. That first albums of theirs is one of the few that I can just hit play and listen to it from beginning to end.
- This has been part one of the 90's with yours truly. I'll update this again later with another round of music.
And now, for something that I can't quite explain how awesome it is. Ladies and gentlemen, a G original! When someone takes time and effort to draw you something like this...well, I consider it an honor to receive a picture made just for me. God of Irony is said person, he's a member of GIO and our REsident artist<----see what I did there? go here http://godofirony.deviantart.com/ to view his work.
