Alright, let's keep this simple, easy, and enjoyable. The name is MrStygian and if you're like most people who don't like Greek mythology or don't read biblical stories often, you just mispronounced it or are simply thinking "What the f*** does that mean?", unless you're one of those people who immediately jump and thumb through the dictionary, expanding your vocabulary. For short and Pete's sake, just call me Mister. It makes my life and your life easier. I'm here for the same reasons you are; gaming. I love gaming as much as the next guy, but when people look at me, they don't see a gamer, they see a military jock who loves blaring metal music in his car speeding down the resident street that says 25 speed limit, yet I have the audacity to hit 65. In high school, I played Football, I destroyed people in wrestling, I outran people in cross country, and I disciplined myself in JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp.) Simply put, I wasn't your average gamer. I didn't listen to Dubstep. I wasn't a lightweight. I didn't fill the stereotype from God knows where. It seemed like I was hiding some freaky fetish that no one knew about. So, I participated in many gaming tournaments in my community as well as participating in official tournaments hosted by companies for sweet deals. So, it eventually became part of me, and people recognized it. Unfortunately, so did my girlfriend, but if I have to put up with her Lifetime movie network, then she'd have to put up with my gaming obsession. Short right? Just how I planned.
