My first game system that I could call my own was a used GameBoy Pocket. I played Pokemon Red on it--even though I had a hard time figuring out what to do because I was five. The console I had before that was my extremely old PC that I played kids games on like Carmen Sandiego and Winnie the Pooh when I was only two-years-old. Over time I played the Nintendo 64, an Atari, GameBoy Color, GameCube, NES, PS1, PS2, the Wii, the DS Lite and DSi, and then the beauty I call my Xbox 360. I wasn't necessarily addicted to gaming, but I was very fascinated by it. Because of my brother's affinity and love of gaming, I was able to get a large collection of games for all of the consoles I have now. I find myself playing more and more as the days go by.
My current goal pertaining to the video game world is to become a video game voice actress. Either that, or write story or lore for a game a friend works on.
So I use Game Informer for insight into the gaming world, personal amusement, and a place where I can write about the world of video games. I plan to start making let's play videos so I can further my viewing audience and spread my ranting throughout the net. Game on.
