The lights are on
This game couldn't be delivered on DLC for millions of good reasons, which are what you'll find on this update to Street Fighter IV. It's an awesome game with 35 fighters unlocked, the trials are somewhat streamlined but still difficult to master, and the new gameplay modes are stellar! I'm so happy to see that the bonus stages are back this time around, making the arcade experience complete! The only reason it's not a perfect 10 (for me anyways) is because only a few new stages were added, so no variety of places to fight in. Also, I'm totally missing out on getting to view the characters' endings once I beat the game anytime after unlocking them. Other than that, if you're a fighting game fan, don't pass up on this!
It is very unfortunate about Sam Fisher's daughter's death. This is the driving theme of the game: vengeance. Sam no longer wishes to merely hide from the shadows and sneak his way to the answers. He will show no mercy to anyone who happens to cross his path. The gameplay is certainly refreshing from the previous entries, but why do the enemies have to be so darn annoying? It's grating on my nerves and it distracts me from the rest of the gameplay, which is to NOT give away position when you face down a veteran spy! Doesn't that make sense at all??? Other than that, the multiplayer modes are good, but it would be even greater with the return of the "Spies vs. Mercs" modes! Please Ubisoft! Bring it back!
I'm fortunate to have been able to play all these games back in middle school! I totally recommend this game to everyone!
