I'm not exactly sure who I'm supposed to ask about this (I wouldn't waste your time if I knew) but I can't change my avatar or hero image. It keeps giving me a 403 server error and saying the "credentials I supplied doesn't allow me to make changes". Help?

If you guys will be at CES or no someone in your organization that may be there. Could you ask Microsoft / Sony about their consoles as to why, or if they can make the consoles be controlled during gaming with a mouse and keyboard ? It appears PC gaming is shrinking due to piracy problems and companies just getting out of PC market for top end games. If the consoles would make versions of consoles controlled by mouse and keyboard, there would be are large conversion from PC Gamers to console. Most PC people stay because they don't like game controllers.

On your editorial Sony's Biggest Mistake Of 2011, Imma gonna disagree with you Jeff on one point: Sony's model of FREE ONLINE GAMING had NOTHING to do with it's network going down. Their downtime was a result of a hack that was in response to Sony's taking people to court for jail breaking their PS3's. For a free online experience, Sony has a very good system. It may not have all the bells and whistles as XBL, but it can quite arguably compete with XBL. Don't be naive, while Sony had soft spots in their network, rest assured that Microsoft has them too; they just haven't been pointed out yet. While XBL is a pay-to-play system, it IS man-made, and it can easily be man-broken.

Do you know how long it takes to access Premium content on GI? I got a Power Up Rewards card from GameStop, and I activated it and put the number in my account, but it doesn't say "Premium" and I'm kinda confused...
