@highrishman420 As a game designer, I think I am qualified to answer your question. There are various reasons for us doing so. Often, there are monetary restrictions. Sometimes, it is difficult to make the story on a single platform. Each system has its advantages. A large portion of the time, you will want to take advantage of more than one system. Just understand that it isn't always a choice. Sometimes, a new console cycle appears. Other times, a great deal of time passes between games. I hope this answers your questions.

Mr. Vore, I have a question. I've asked other editors in the past, but I've only been ignored, so please, any answer would be greatly appreciated! I was wondering why developers take an IP (for example, Kingdom Hearts) and stretch the story over 5 or 6 different platforms??? It seems silly to me, to take such a beloved franchise and do one game on PS2, then the next on Nintendo DS, then the next on PSP, then another on the Wii, etc. Kingdom Hearts 3 is one of the most desired games in recent history, yet Square Enix decides to do game after game on different platforms. Now when they do make a Kingdom Hearts 3, I'll probably have to sit through hours of cutscenes to see what happened in the last 10 games that were all on different systems. It just seems like they alienate their fans. Please any kind of response would be awesome, even if it's an "I don't know" haha. Thanks ahead of time!

I would like it if you could get another batman arkham city trailer whenever you can that woud make me most happy i've been searching all over the place for just screenshots.
