Look at this picture, do you see yourself? Who do you see yourself as? Who do you wish to be? Who would you despise to be? Of course you see yourself we all do, us gamers already know that in any situation we would either be the magic-user armed with the staff, the strong sword/axe/hammer wielding warrior, or the cunning invisible ranger armed with an arsenal of poisoned weapons and the signature bow. When we boot up a new RPG we do our best to accomplish what gameplay style we choose to play, and we are masters of our own style. Are you the warrior-gamer who when you see an amazing magic-user wish you could learn its complexities, or are you that ranger who sees the amazing damage absorbing capabilities of the warrior? That's the beauty of the three most important classes, we see the awe of each but are masters of our own class, this is the charmander-bulbasaur-squirtle law, each are equally amazing but we tend to favor one over the other
