Its VGA time. Probably the most heavily criticized award shows gives it another shot this year. Here is what I think of the world premieres and the award show in general.

There are many game companies out there when you combine developers and publishers. Some of them have a huge fan following while others seem to be the target of gamers angst. How these companies get these reputations is through their interactions both with the community and even among other industry professionals. There are different ways people have come into gaming. Some people instantly latched on to games while others did over time. Some people were introduced by their friends while others found games on their own. Everyone has their own unique story on how they got hooked on games.
