Easily. I've played the demo for over 12 hours. Yeah, they're all crappy. Just boring RTS titles where you tell some barely-recognizable icons what to do instead of doing it yourself. That's boring. The acting in C&C is a joke. As for what you said about being scripted, players don't control the destruction in BF. You can blow a hole in a wall or knock over a tree, but that's about it. You can't level an entire row of buildings or burn down an entire forest. All you can do is damage the same spot in the same way every time. It gets boring once you realize you can't destroy the roof of a house. All that hype for a mediocre game. And Crysis the best looking game of 2008? I needed that laugh. There's a ton of 360 and PS3 games with the exact same graphics. I don't know why all you kids praise this non-innovative FPS as much as you do. I played it and it's nothing special. A good game, but it didn't wow me like you'd have us believe it would. I guess when your lineup is made of bland RTS games and a shitty port of MW2 you have to settle for the junk. Crysis is spelled appropriately. I cried because I was playing a boring game instead of something fun and challenging like CoD.

Look at all those games, you say? You can only destroy certain parts of buildings and only in certain ways. You can blow a hole in a wall, but no matter what weapon you use, the hole is always the same size and the same shape. You can't blow up chimneys or make the house collapse. Making identical holes is all you can do. Sure, you can knock over trees, but that's only two things. You can't exactly destroy the battlefield like they'd have you believe. Also, the reason no one boycotts the game is because no one can play it due to EA's shitty servers. Now quit bugging me and go back to playing crappy RTS games on your $5000 PC that's about to become obsolete.

The damage in BF is scripted.
