I have been playing games since the first Pokemon was released, and have loved watching others play them far longer.  I can still distinctly recall playing Pokemon Red with my cousin, and playing until we beat our rival the first time, and turning off the system, thinking we had beaten the game.  Or watching my dad play The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time until the wee hours of the morning.

All of these experiences served to get me into the game industry.  I am currently a freelance writer seeking work (Hint Hint), and excited at the prospects that 2010 brings for gaming.

I plan to keep a running blog here, with my thoughts on the industry as it stands right now, as well as game impressions, and previews, with any time I have that isn't filled with making headway in my large backlog.
