The lights are on
The countdown has begun, the next installment of the Halo series is going to be released within a week. I have mine reserved, alongside the new slim Xbox, and have been waiting for the past month patiently, then I find out that there were posts about how some people have been playing on their preview copies. I find that this is more of a tease than being tied up after a day of no food with a pie sitting just out of arms reach. It is frustrating that a select few are able to taste the fruits of Bungie's labor before the world can enjoy it. Alas, there is still a 5 day wait.
I began reading the Halo article in this month's GI. I finished it in a few minutes, and was left with a heavy heart, given the news that the developers behind the game were no longer going to be involved with Halo. I have also been deciding what to put into the first blog I have ever written. I figure it would be nice for me to tribute it to Bungie, and how much of an impact they have made on the interactive gaming world, how they have brought the joy and entertaining flares of multiplayer to the forefront of what can now be called gamerage.
