Bio:

I'm currently a PhD student in English working on my dissertation. My interests include Modernism, Southern literature, contemporary American literature, the Machine Age, science fiction, comics/comix/graphic novels, and, of course video games.

In the meantime, I'm working as an editor for the James Joyce Quarterly, staff on the Modernist Journal's Project, and, at times, an instructor of freshman composition or technical writing.

I'm also a weekly contributor at awesomeoutof10.com, a website dedicated to different kind of game journalism--reviews without scores and opinions without apologies. Check there for a fresh take on the games we love. You can find my writings here.
