Thought I'd finally write something here...
Gaming is pretty much in my blood. I've been doing it for a while now. It all started back as a wee lad in '85. My first system was the Atari 2600, although I really don't remember much of it. Gaming didn't become a big facet for me, until around '91. By then I had a Genesis, and Super Nintendo while running with a ragtag group of friends.
If you remember the kids from the movies 'It', 'Goonies', and 'The Sandlot'..that was pretty much us. Back then the arcades were booming, gaming was picking up steam, r&b was smooth, rap was just really getting started, The Fresh Prince was the next big thing, and Mortal Kombat was just around the corner.
Fighting, Adventure, and RPG's were my favorite games, along with Football and Basketball games, as I was the geeky superstar football player of my crew. Around '95 I got my first PC- a craptastic Compaq after I moved from Tampa, Florida. I ventured into Age of Empires 2, and eventually moved into Diablo 2/Counter-Strike around '97. From there I met a group of guys I have known and gamed with for 15 years.
My favorite systems are: Nintendo 64, SNES, and the PS1 with it's illustrious j/rpg's.
Here are some of my favorite games:
