Raised in a household where gaming is less a hobby, and more a lifestyle, I was bound to gaming from birth. My earliest recollections are of an SNES controller and Super Mario Bros. 2. Rather spoiled, I got my hands on every system from the genesis until the Gamecube era. Establishing relationships with fictional characters and investing emotional attachments with familiar digital faces, I grew into the young man I am today. With a Gameboy skin on my iPhone, and a Gyarados half-sleeve on my right arm. Gaming is not merely recreational activity to me. It is an activity I engage in every day of my life, and wouldn't have it any other way. If I am not at home, on my Xbox, I am either out with friends, at school, or at work. But, during these outings, I am either getting pissed off at Megaman 2 on the iOS, or calling out my friends to race me on Mario Kart 7. I live, breathe, and am gaming. I am soon to make a tattoo appointment for a Portal tattoo on my leg, and an entire sleeve dedicated to all that is Zelda.
Long live the gamer.
