The lights are on
In recent days Sony, as many of you know, has shut down their online service. They did this because of an illegal intrusion of their system. I'm glad Sony said something. The Internet era is truly a scary one. With so many people putting their info online in confidence that these companies are doing all they can to protect that info. Sadly, Sony has to do this because they didn't take those steps the first time around. I cannot blame them though, I blame the hackers who illegally found a way into their system. If it weren't for those scumbags then we would never be facing this problem in the first place. I really hope they catch whoever did this.
Lately I have been paying very close attention to the fight in California to create a government regulated rating system for video games. From the intense court testaments to the countless articles on the subject many views are presented. Through every paragraph and sentence, they are all missing a valuable and integral part of this fight. No one has yet to mention the foot soldiers holding the front lines. This blog is dedicated to those who work at video game stores around the nation. Thank you.
I have one simple question, why can I no longer turn on a game and play with my friends locally? With every game from COD to AC: Bro having an online multi-player it seems like developers could give us a local co-op option. I remember way back when almost every game could be played with friends and I miss that. I just don't understand why this option has been taken away from us.
