As of late, I am currently a stay-at-home daddy and aspiring writer. In my off time - which changes on the fly what with my children - I indulge in PS3 and Vita.
The games I am currently working on are Terraria, Prototype 2, Dragon Age: Inquisition, and a few other. My most recent completions were Disgaea 3 (Vita) and Tales of Hearts R. Disgaea 3 ended up having a better story than I originally believed and Tales of Hearts R earned its place as my second favorite Tales game (next to Tales of Destiny II or Tales of Eternia, as it is also known). The games I am most looking forward to playing are: Kingdom Hearts II.5, Starbound (if it really does hit the Vita as it has been rumored), and Citizens of Earth (looks like Earthbound, so sure). Games that I would like to complete are inFamous 2, Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto IV, Tales of Graces f, Metal Gear Solid 4, Nier, Dragon Age: Inquisition, the Kingdom Hearts games except for Birth by Sleep (only one I actually beat), and several others.
In recent news: I am strongly considering taking the dive into a PS4 with the tax return this year. Humorously enough, the game announcement I saw that is pushing me happens to be Disgaea 5. With no details on D2 hitting the Vita and 5 possibly not hitting the Vita at all due to the major changes in the game, I'm thinking it is just getting about time to upgrade.
I am impressed with the JRPG love that is being shown on the Vita, but I really hope more quality titles from someone other than NIS would start showing up. Sure, NIS isn't the only developer giving the Vita love, but NIS seems to actually be pushing it - really acknowledging what the curiously strong handheld is capable of. Tales of Hearts R was definitely a huge step in the right direction, so I hope to see some more greatness like that sooner rather later.
Apart from gaming, I love (gasp) Jesus Christ and my family. I was the singer of a band until deciding to depart recently, so now I focus on my family and other things.
