Particularly Mass Effect's Future Space. Ever since the first game I've been entranced with the wide spread galactic universe. The politics, the people, the races. Everything about the universe is expansive and interesting. the culture of the Asari, the sciences of the salarians, the war like traits of the Turians, and the migratory Quarians.

Yesterday Nintendo made one of its greatest announcements in recent history. Not a new Zelda, or Mario, or another esteemed franchise, but the last real forseeable swan song of the Wii. It announced that Xenoblade would be coming to North America. I, along with Hawk_Hotlips, tried to spread the word about Operation Rainfall, back when it was going on. For those unaware of its goal, the goal of Operation Rainfall was to get Nintendo to localize three Japanese/Europe only games. Xenoblade, along with Last Story and Pandora's Tower, were the games targeted. It appeared that even with all the letters and pre-orders for the game, Operation Rainfall was doomed.
