I know that no one will read this, but I want to have a complete profile, so I'm writing this anyway. I live in San Jose California, the 10th largest city in the US and home of the San Jose Sharks (not sure if I should be proud of that, they just have a cool logo).
In Third Grade, I got a GameBoy Advance SP for Christmas. I was amazed because my mom always said she didn't believe in video games.I always felt jealous because all my friends at school had Gamecubes. The first game I played was Zelda: A Link to the Past. I loved it. When our house was thouroughly robbed in Third Grade, I remeber being thankful that I atleast didn't lose my GameBoy. By Fourth Grade I had reached full completion of the game. That year, I got a Sony Playstation 2 for Christmas. We got it used so it came packaged with alot of games, most of which I didn't care about. My favorite games on the PS2 were Shadow of the Collosus, Call of Duty 3 and many others. The PS2 is responsible for making me a gamer.
I then got a Wii for my Fifth Grade Graduation. I played games like Twilight Princess and Sonic and the Secret Rings. My happiness over having the newest game system didn't last once I got into MIddle School. My best friend had and Xbox 360 and I would play Halo at his house. I waited for the day that I could play M games so I could get my hands on that game. I got the Halo 1 for Christmas on PC in Sixth Grade, but my computer was pretty old so it didn't run very well. After that, I was allowed to play M games, a milestone for most gamers. The next year, I finally got a 360 for my birthday. My first games were Halo 3 and Assassin's Creed. Xbox Live is so awesome, I never knew what I was missing. Looking back, Halo wasn't that cool, and since then I got my shooting fix with whatever the newest Call of Duty was, but I've started playing more Battlefield 3 now.
In the summer going into Ninth Grade, I wanted to try out the first three Metal Gear Solid games. Since then, MGS has officially become my favorite video game series. However, I never had the chance to play MGS4 without a PS3. So later that year, I bought one mainly for MGS4( which I've beaten five times as of now), however, I play alot of other games on the system like Uncharted.
I do like the 360 better than the PS3, but I'm not a fanboy. They are both great systems, and I wish everyone realized that instead of treating them like a God that they must be faithful to; they're both great!
So that is my gaming history.
You're pretty cool if you read up to this point, but like I said, no one will.
