I was hired as temporary seasonal help at a Software Etc. in Columbus Ohio on Oct. 30th 1994. Early 1995 I was retained as a part-time store opening manager, and later that year I was offered a Help Desk position at the Corporate Office of then Neostar in Dallas. Over the next fourteen years Neostar became Babbages Etc. and then, finally, GameStop one of the world’s leading video game retailers.

I also changed during that time from a Help Desk analyst to a Development Project Manager working on the domestic inventory supply management system. In my 17+ years working for this organization I have watched in awe as the industry has grown from a few dedicated players to a worldwide army of gamers hungry for what’s next. Gamers have changed too…From being alone in the dark and likely eaten by a grue to joining thousands exploring a MMORPG, gaming continues to evolve and I am thrilled to be along for the ride!
