I'm a twenty-four year old mom of a two year old, was diagnosed at fifteen with Ankylosing Spondylitis (http://www.spondylitis.org/about/as.aspx) and Arnold–Chiari malformation a year ago (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arnold%E2%80%93Chiari_malformation). I try my damnedest to not let my illnesses get in the way of having a normal life, but sometimes I just have to do less than other women my age or take to my bed when having a bad AS flare up and just ride it out, however long it takes (sometimes a couple of days, sometimes a couple of weeks). This is when my love for gaming comes in handy. Nothing is a better distraction from my pain than playing some good video games!

I live in Houston, Texas, but was raised in the great city of Austin. My main interests are video games, music, pin up art, and anything else that can be deemed "nerdy".

And, yes, I am a girl.
