well because he actually wasnt at the battle... at least he wast there for long. go to halopedia, it will give you a good reason why he isnt there. but im glad he isnt in the game... i want to play as a fresh spartan in some awsome colors, not just the green that cheif wears. if they were to remove his helmet i wouldnt mind them putting him in the game but since he will never remove it, its ok in my book that he isnt in the game.
He did appear as an easter egg.But he was sleeping in a chamber.
because it was before him it all took place before him
Read the the book Halo the Fall of Reach then you will understand
No The Joker Assassin you are wrong he was on Reach as i said earlier read the book.
Reach takes place before halo combat evolved so he isn't in the story yet.
@ master cheif he was never on reach but cortana was
@ RAAM What easter egg
Last level Pilliar of Autuam when the Pilliar of Autuam Leaves and the people start scraming look Right and you se master chief
now i didnt read the books so im possibly wrong.... but masterchief is the last spartan right? so they wait till the very end when they absolutly need to unfreeze him......but he is sleeping on the autumn the entirety of reach right? im kinda asking here. i just beat reach and i didnt see him anywhere.
Beer is the answer, but I can't remember the question.
Reach is set before Halo 1, which is when they deliver him to Earth. But you have a chance to see him in the end of Reach.
Master Chief is in REACH but he is in his Cryo Tank. U can see him at the end of the 2nd to last mission but its an Easter Egg though but u can see him in his tank when Keyes' Pelican lands in The Pillar Of Autum thats when u move ur Right Stick to the right and you will be able to see him!
Check out "The Fall of Reach" by Eric Nylund. Master Chief is present on Reach, as with a whole bunch of other Spartan-II's, but he's off doing other things than the story that we got with Halo: Reach. They were doing a bunch of bigger picture stuff, and I'm sure Bungie wanted to craft a new story set on Reach as well, so that it would be more personal and memorable than "Master Chief killed everything, the end." The planet was always doomed, and they made a story that backed that up.
There's no Earth in Halo 1. :P Just the Halo ring. You get to visit Earth in Halo 2 when the Covenant invade, though.
Yep Grim knows it all!! Earth looked so different in Halo 2 it was like the Dark Side of Earth!
