The lights are on
You like shooters because you like the sense of power they give you. Few games are as skilled at making you feel like a competent warrior as Infinity Ward's Call of Duty series. Every bullet has a story. Take a moment and tell us a few of yours.
Am I the only one who hates this mode? Incredibly glitchy/everyone using exploits, Infected have to die dozens of times over, and worst of all it counts towards your stats.
I don't think there's any game mode than I can possibly think of that has been implemented this badly.
I should never have to see 10 infected attempting to climb a ladder on Dome against players who have strikers on top.
I also find it comical that any map that uses the Somali team are always infected.
I like it from time to time (mostly because of the hilarious conversations between the players) but it gets pretty boring fast.
As for the exploits and glitches, I think Infinity Ward put in instant deaths if you try to use them. For example, in Bakaara before you could get on the downed helicopter and you could camp it there and pick off the infected easily. Now if you try that, you die automatically and become part of the infected.
I love Infected. Honestly it may be one of my favorite things to do in MW3. It's so competitive and I love how much you just get into it.
Part of the helicopter glitch was fixed, you can still jump on the blade-half of the helicopter via the building next to it and you wont die.
I like Infected. Interesting point though Dogfonos. One thing I know about IW is that there's always going to be some sort of exploit people can take advantage of in their games.
