The lights are on
This is you one-stop-spot for all thing Battlefield. From 1942 to Bad Company 2 and beyond, this is a great place to meet other players, talk matches and even recruit new clan members.
All i hear is the verbal war against BF3 and MW3 and all I want is a place where we can just talk about Battlefield 3. If you have input about ANY other game, please do not put it. Thank you
battlefield rocks how about that? lol
To mean that
nothing ... Where they would say something, and he would finish it, like he
haha it does
Simple question , Enjoying the multiplayer? any complains, idea?
BF3 is mostly an absolute joy to play but I'm afraid I still prefer Bad Company 2 so far. It pains me to say it! After playing the game casually since it came out, I am royally PO'd that aircraft are even more difficult to pick up, and not because the controls are hard. At least from what I can gather with the limited air time I get. It never fails, you jump into a jet or an attack helicopter and immediately get lit up like a Christmas tree by heat seeking rockets. "Use your IR flares!" you might say. But wait, you need to earn those by getting kills in your aircraft. How the hell am I supposed to do this without completely destroying my K/D ration and pissing off my team mates?
This is my one complaint and it has plagued me enough tonight to voice it publicly.
My Origin ID is A_Big_Spoon. I also play on Xbox on occasion, but rarely.
Yeah I agree with jammin. Maybe it's because of the humor or more colorful environments. I love to play BF3 but sometimes I would like to go back and play a little BC 2. I also agree about the fact the aircraft are difficult to control. I can't ride those jets for ***. Not only bc I can barley get it off the ground but I keep getting blown up by those heat seeking missiles.
In my expiriences its pretty easy to dodge stingers and heat seekers. All I do is dive bomb and pull up at the last second or go near a hill and fly low on it.
Yeah dude I hear you. I've been flying jets since BF3 first came out and i almost have 2 service stars but I still have a hard time every now and then. Most frustrating thing is when a jet comes and spawn kills your jet. There is also a whole bunch of techniques it requires just to stay alive, like learning how to turn at the fastest rate, or launching heat seekers when you are very close to a helicopter. It really takes a lot of practice. If you can just get some guys together in a lobby with no one in it and try and get some practice before it fills up. Also for the chopper, do the chopper co-op mission. That can help a lot with helis.
@Mr Colossus It really is annoying when you get spawn killed in a jet.
