They could just be peons I don't know

I was only saying that I thought they looked alike and that could be because they were

1st Gen Reapers but that wouldn't mean they are anything more than peons they could be obsolete afterall

Maybe the Reapers answer so someone else. Someone greater, and more powerful....

naw the reapers i think do a cycle just going to every galaxy exterminating all life to its brink and then moves on to the next usually takes bout 50,000 years then that would mean their are more citadels and the reapers are 2 years behind schedual now sovereign musta been a big player he was kept with a pretty important job to activate the citadel but harbringar he must be like well a nobody now cuz he failed lol but he was probably the team leader in the situation that sovereign left behind

Or they just pillege mutiple galaxies.

Head Reaper: "Dude... Sovvie... we're done wiping out the galaxy and we've all been talking... You should be the vanguard of the next destruction."

Sovereign: "Sweet! Awesome title dude! So... like... what do I do?"

Head Reaper: "Well see... we're all going out to the dark space and... we're gonna take a nap. A REALLY LONG nap... see? cause... we're all tired. And you? You're gonna wait here until the fleshy things reproduce and make new species and repopulate the galaxy... and then your going to push this button here so that we can all just appear right back without actually having to deal with that long flight... makes me butt fall asleep, you know?"

Sovereign: "So I just..."

Head Reaper: "Wait here and we're gonna sleep."

Sovereign: "By myself?"

Head Reaper: "Oh... no! Of course not! We're gonna leave Harbinger with you... he's gonna work with his new insect pet species we've created. They're like raccoons only... not. But they go crazy for shiny sh!t and kidnapping."

Sovereign: *looks over at Harbinger*

Harbinger: "This... hurts you."

Head Reaper: "He's a... little special, but don't worry cause we're gonna stick him in a closet somewhere and he'll communicate through a station near a black hole. No worries."

Sovereign: "But..."

Head Reaper: "Sorry, but I'm outta time... I've got a super large space sofa with my name on it. Ciao!"

Sovereign: "Dam mit!!

Harbinger: "This... hurts you."

Sovereign: "Just... just shut up and play with your collectors!"

And that's why Shep was able to win... and why I know Sovereign was a peon. XP

@ TheReallyCoolGuy - It's hard to say where he's at when he was controling the head collector.  Could be in darkspace.   Could be in some remote part of the galaxy.  Hard to tell.

Fanstitc dude i almost shat m yself (kidding) and isnt it kinda obvios the reapers are like the stuff that was made at the star forge in KOTOR they can build at there base there base being Mass effects star forge meaning there base is not a reaper it self so the real thing we should be asking ourselves is who made the reaper base?
