The lights are on
Whether you feel like the original Fallout titles were better than 3, or never played the originals and are just wondering how Bethesda's amazing reinvention stacks up to its isometric predecessors, this is where you can meet up with other wastelanders and
The Dunwich building was intense and until I learned routes of the Metro tunnels they were pretty annoying.
The Metro tunnels in general are my least favorite. In my opinion, they just get monotonous.
I agree with Jordan. Effff those tunnels. sad fact: Fallout 3 was my first Fallout experience. So I didn't know about quick travel or anything. Can't remember how many times I had to navigate back through those tunnels during my first playthrough. gggarrrr. Then a friend showed me how to use my pip boy to fast travel. wow did I feel dumb.
Fallout 3 was the first fallout game to use fast travel.
Anyways, my favorite place is (I can't remember the name of it) it's up northish and has Harold the talking tree. That place is amazing.
my biggest problem with Oblivion is that with my agility skill at 100 I am able to leap tall buildings with a single bound.
"It's a bird!" "It's a plane!" "no, wait. it's just some retarded lizard jumping around."
That place was really cool. I never even found it on my own until I was achievement hunting. Very cool part of the game. can't wait for a new, upgraded Fallout game.
I don't think I have a least favorite area...
My least favorite part, the Deathclaw Sancutary (sp) on the hardest difficult. So much frustration
I hate Rivet City! I love the idea of an old navy cruiser as a city, but it could have been taken in a better direction.
my least favorite place in fallout 3=the edge of the map
I can't but agree. The borderlands of Fallout 3 are deceptive. The implication of exploration is a misrepresentation.
Rivet City was poorly put together.
Rivet City, it's boring and stupid and easy to get lost. Plus there aren't many places in it.
anchorage war memorial. at least inside it I don't like mirelurks
I've always hated Tenpenny Tower, not because it's difficult or anything but because I hate those snobs. I always let the ghouls invade, not peacefully.
Deathclaw Sanctuary and Old Olney are pretty bad, and the Metros are annoying to me even though I still like going through them.
