The lights are on
Street Fighter II Turbo is a classic, but the new Street Fighter IV has it own merits. Then again, maybe you are fan of the Alpha series. If you like EX...well, this is the place you can get made fun of by real SF fans.
Ok so I just got this game a couple of days ago, because I'm ubelivible behind on Video Games....Over three years in fact I got Modern Warfare 1 the same day. The point is thow is I suck! I don't now how to do moves that require a charg and many times I'll do a diffrent move than I want, Im ok with ryu and ken but still those guys are designed to be easy and I suck at blocks and prety much all of the games funcchins cant think how to spell fuktions Is that It oh well HELP!!!!
I can tell you this. Learn all the basic bread and butter for a character that you like. Stick to mostly one character until you feel like you have a knack for that character. If you play Ryu, learn all of his moves and how he moves. He is the most balanced character out of most of them and almost everyone started with Ryu to get into the world of Street Fighter. After you mastered the basic BnB stuff with Ryu or any character that you liked to play as, learn some of the combos within the Trial Challenges.
The iDOLM@STER : A game for real men.
And use the Training mode. It helps
Learn those FADCs!
Ryu : EX Shoryuken-FADC-Ultra = Uber damage!
I just bought a fight stick and Super Street Fighter IV, but I really stink at that game. I've posted a blog on this and haven't gotten any replies so maybe the forums will help. can anyone give some sweet tips on how to become great at Street Fighter?
Any help would be awesome, my end goal would be not getting killed everytime I ever join an online game.
what is FADCs and what other pointers besides starting with RYU
check out my blog!
Rainheart, I'll never forget you.
FADC stands for Focus attack dash cancel. FADCs are done when you have two bars of EX meter and when an attack hits (ie;shoryuken for ryu) you hit M punch and M kick at the same time and dash forward. It can be hard to get down though so you would probably be best off focusing on just getting your bread and butter stuff down. Also I wouldn't say always start with Ryu. it's true you can learn alot from playing him but I would just find a character you like and stick with that character for awhile. if want more help and tips Shoryuken and Sonichurricane websites have some great stuff for beginners.
i tried starting with akuma and that is super hard and i lose always
Alright guys, because I'm seeing that a lot of you guys need help, I'll create a video for beginners and show you guys the ropes.
Sounds good, Saka! I'm might actually take a look at it myself lol.
