With the release of a Legend of Zelda timeline, who would be interested in seeing a novel or manga series (though not with anime-style Link) chronicling Link's journeys in a detailed story format?  I would imagine each path would be separate volumes having the narrative built around specific elements of the games it passes through.  This would be a literary (and graphic if made a manga) tale of Link's adventures, told in a world that would be familiar to gamers who played through these titles.  While the series is still ongoing, I think this might be a cool way to experience the worlds of The Legend of Zelda.  What do you think?

I agree with you guys. I am impressed by this timeline and would like Nintendo to do some kind of explanation on how the games jump to each game.

Actually there's been an LoZ manga. I'm not certain whether it was released outside of Japan, but it existed and although it officially wasn't based off any particular game it had way more elements from Majora's Mask than any other game.

But if they made another one I would own every volume and read it obsessively!

I had no idea there was a LoZ manga!  How old is it?  I don't suppose you might know who the publisher was?  If you read it, was it any good?  Thanks for contributing  :)

I'm not sure when it was made or by who and i never read it (like i said i'm not sure if it was even published outside of Japan) but if you want more information head on over to www.zelda.wikia.com and search for it. I'm a contributor there as well and can tell you with absolute certainty that they are trustworthy despite being a wiki. any vandalism is taken care of swiftly and efficiently  due to their responsible administrators.

I've been reading this forum for like, a month now. I OWN the Zelda manga, and there are more being published because Phantom Hourglass cam out a little while ago. They're by Akira Himekawa.

alright cool do you know where i could get those? because i would love to have this, since legend of zelda and manga are like my two favorite things in life and if i had the two fused into one i will have officially reached nirvana.

Just in like, Chapters or Indigo or Coles, or Barnes and Noble, in like the 9-12 year-old section. Lol, people don't understand how many older people would like those...

My friend reads them a lot and he let me see one. The manga is really good! I would definitely buy it if I were you. :D

You're right triston.  I've seen manga for the Minish Cap, Ocarina of time, Four swords, and Majora's mask

It's mostly situational humor, but they do a good job of maintaining the feel of the series. I find them charming, if only a little bit lacking in substance.

I'm actually reading the set right now. I'm on the first book.

I'm not going to lie, but they are written fairly poorly.
