Who is Claud?
Tommy Versetti is easily the deadliest of the playable characters since he has such a blood lust and disregard for human lives and innocent people. But the Leoni family has to be the most dangerous of all, since they're, you know, the entire mafia.

His name is mentioned in San Andreas. When Catalina or whatever, your crazy ass girlfriend become his girlfriend. He makes an appearance you race him....member?

Well thank you for wishing me to have a nice day, but I don't remember his name being Claud at all. Also, that could be a petname for him, since he's also been called "Fido" in III by... I think it was Maria or something.
I could be wrong, though. Although it is extremely rare...
