The lights are on
Even more than two years after its release, BioShock is still worth talking about. What's you favorite moment? How many Big Daddies did you take down without dying? What are you looking forward to the most about BioShock 2? Begin speculating here.
Now that its out and most of the fans have beaten it. Was Bioshock 2 worth it? I loved the first one. A FPS unlike any other. Thats the best thing about it. It wasnt another war or SiFi shooter. But I didnt get that "new" feeling with B2. I really enjoyed the game, but (like it was stated in this months Gi) the last 2-3 hours make it worth while. The game is good but it just seamed to be something that could have been like a DLC for the first game.
You guys tell me. I haven't been able to get the game cause xbox360iso isn't working right...

I know any BioShock game I'm gonna like, just because its BioShock. But this game is actually pretty awesome. Just beat it the other day, the ending was great. So touching :'(
Really, it was.
Bioshock 2 is so worth it. Just because it's a sequal doesn't mean it's the exact same thing. You are a totally different character in a totally different storyline in the same underwater setting of Rapture.
A complete game in itself, Bioshock 2 brings new content and old into a woderfully crafted, action based game with another amazing plot to go with it. The drill is a little underpowered but hey, it's a drill.
IF you enjoyed the first then the second is definetly worth it
Yes. not as good as the first, but still a blast to play.
Worth it? YES!
I have to say some of the game felt like another slog through some new place. As soon as I got farther into the level however, it began to be exciting. I really enjoyed the end and almost cried at the good ending. So beautiful... *Sniff*
All in all, if you let the game seep into you, you'll enjoy it. I certainly did.
Absolutely! It's a great addition to the Bioshock series. If you look at it as another chapter in Rapture's story as opposed to a sequel to Bioshock, then it suddenly becomes better, for me at least.
I don't understand why people agree with the review. I played it through the first time (and every subsequent time) on hard. I still felt too powerful. I always had full ammunition and plenty of cash. I've beaten it about 6 times and I find something new to love about it every time.
The review is a lie if you enjoyed the original than get the it. While of the bat you will notice some similarities its still worth the money
