Despite having played many of the newer releases for the Wii, I still think my vote goes to Little King's Story. Not for lack of love for Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, or New Super Mario Bros, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, or even Okami and Phantom Brave, I just can't stop playing Little King's Story. So. Much. Love.
Super smash brothers brawl and Mario kart Wii
Hmm. This is a hard one, but I am doing to have to say Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Unfortunately, my copy of SSBB has become missing. This is unusual for me, considering I am very neat.
My next would be Mart Kart Wii, just because it is simple to play but can be mastered to beat.
I have a bunch of games I love for Wii, but my favorites are the Mario Galaxies, MadWorld, Metroid Prime Trilogy CE, Donkey Kong Country Returns, and Kirby's Epic Yarn.
If I had to choose, my top five favorite Wii games would go as follows:
1. Tatsunoko vs. Capcom
2. Kirby's Epic Yarn
3. Epic Mickey
4. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
5. Silent Hill: Origins
Of course, my choices are bound to change when I get the chance to play Donkey Kong Country Returns and when Conduit 2 finally comes out, but for now, this is my definitive list.
I would have to pick twilight princess or smb all-stars
Twilight princess is the one of the best entries in the series!!! Mario Kart Wii is also great, but i think Twilight Princess really took advantage of the Wii's motion sensing abilities the best.

The wii was my first system, and my favorites goes as follows:
1: super smash bros brawl. I think I put about 120 hours into this game and still might pick it up again soon enough. Me and my friends had a blast with this one.
2: super mario galaxy 2. I have about 99% completion on this game and still can't beat the last 2 levels. In my opinion this is the best game on the wii
3: Cave story. I got this game on wiiware for 12 bucks and had a great time. definitely my favorite downloadable title on wiiware.
4:Mario Kart. I had a blast using the wii remote as a steering wheel and had a pretty good time online too. I think this is Nintendo's best use of online play.
My favorite game is SSBB. Then Wii Sports Resort, then Skyward sword, then Galaxy
