The lights are on
Do you have a game that you have unlocked Platinum in? Or two? Or three, or more? Do you like going trophy hunting and reminiscing about your unlocked ones? This is the group for you my friend.
Now, I know must of you are busy playing GTA but here is a new post for all of you!
My friends from PS3trophies.org have tipped me off with the list of Beyond: Two Souls trophies. If you are like me than you probably are not going to look at the list. However, from what I've heard, they are similar to Heavy Rain's trophy set. If that's the case I may try and get my Platinum run on.
If you are going to read the list keep in mind that the player who posted the trophy list received a review copy. Almost all the trophies are hidden- much like Heavy Rain, and he has not unlocked all the trophies yet. That being said, some of the trophies are listed as "Still haven't obtained."
Aw f*ck! I just got news that there is one trophy for completing the game on duo co-op mode. That might damper my Platinum hopes because, to be honest, I don't like the whole duo idea. I just think it's a pretty stupid idea. Damn it, I might have to suck it up. No way in hell I'm going to do duo mode on my first playthrough.
I actually wasn't very interested in this. But I gave th demo a try, and was really impressed with it. I'm not sure when I'll be able to grab it (trying to save for the PS4 lol), but its most definitely on my radar now.
As someone who hasn't kept up with the details, I gotta ask, what's duo co-op mode?
Yeah, I was going to ask duo co-op mode is. What is it? Is it like co-op mode through the campaign. If it is, then I'm game with anyone for it after I've beaten the game.
Duo co-op is a mode where someone takes control over Jodie and a partner takes control over Aiden. Beyond isn't designed to be a two player game is the thing. When Aiden is on screen Jodie is not, and vice versa. That's why I don't really see the point of it. A lot of switching between two people and there really isn't much teamwork involved, which is what I enjoy most and is the point of co-op. Lastly, which isn't a big deal, it's not online.
It'll certainly be the last trophy I go after because the whole game needs to be finished.
On a side note: I heard the game only has 8 endings compared to Heavy Rain's 20 (I think it had that many). So that means going after all the endings won't be as time consuming lol.
That is a bit weird. Going by the demo, I can't really picture this game working very well co-op.
