You like raw power. You love playing the hottest looking games on the most powerful system out there, and you can't imagine watching a movie that isn't on Blu-ray. That's why you bought a PlayStation 3 in the first place, and that's why you're here.
So there have been a lot of exciting announcements at E3 2011, and you're sure to be excited about one of them. Some you could've been excited for from the beginning, but we just saw demos of hundreds of games. Which are you most excited about? To refresh your memory, here's a list
Short disclaimer-Note i did not see day 1 as I thought it was going to start June 7th. It started June 6th. The E3 website honestly lied to me, but I'm caught up to what happened day 1, and I'm sorry if i missed something.

It's all such a blur... too much good stuff, and even more media fluff. The total stand outs though, Skyrim and Battlefield 3, for sure.

You called Skyrim "Elder Scrolls IV". It's Elder Scrolls V. Might want to change that..
As you can tell, the game I'm most excited about is TESV. Every time I watch that G4-exclusive gameplay, my jaw drops. Cannot wait to completely trash my life wasting away months on that game.
One thing I would like to take a moment to point out, is the MASSIVE amount of press that Skyrim, Battlefield 3, FarCry 3 and the like are getting... offering a stark contrast to the argument that technical prowess isn't the key to success.
Yea yea yea, I know the many games that enforce that argument you don't have to cite them for me, I just find it interesting how quick many people are to say "As long as it's fun!" and yet all anyone talks about once the dust has settled from an E3 or TGS is the best LOOKING games.
Well, with Skyrim I think, it depends on how you say "it looks great".
As far as graphics go, it's probably one of the best looking open world RPGs I've seen. But with those improved graphics, there're also a lot of improvements with the mechanics. The new menu system looks much easier to navigate than the menus in Fallout 3, and Oblivion. The combat is improved, the AI is smarter, etc. Battlefield 3, I agree with. The biggest thing they're marketing for it is the amazing graphics. While I'll still be getting it over MW3 (if I even get that), I would like to know what differences it brings.
The more I read eyros' comment, the more i think my response didn't relate to it.. Ah well. *shrug
I was totally gonna let it slide, but you said it XD
