I train my Pokemon well too. No point in a diverse team if I don't understand how to use them to my advantage... Although I do prefer design too. Another thing is that I never caught or used a female unless to breed it in the daycare.
Yah, I'm not sexist, but to add a little challenge I try to catch only male Pokemon.
