I've always liked crobat, I just didn't like how vulnerable he is to a psychic attack. And then put him against a dual type like lunatone or solrock and you're in for a steep battle.
Vittoria per gli Assassini!
Sure. The same could be said for any pokemon with a weakness. Dragonite would get mauled by a Glaceon, but I still like Dragonite better. Golem would wreck Charizard, but I like Charizard better. Crobat isn't exactly helpless - it has Bite. I have taken down many Solrock/Lunatone with a Crobat (Giga Drain TM helps, too). Thankfully, Nintendo graced us with the ability to have a 6 pokemon team to cover weaknessed.

I forgot crobat could learn giga drain. And I usually have my charizard learn seismic toss our dig for those types.
And I really didn't mean any offense by that and I said that I like crobat (hes one of the few I nicknamed) I was just stating why I don't use him.
Also even though nintendo and game freak have us that ability, I train my pokemon to handle almost any other type of pokemon they can run into wether weakness or not because losing a turn to switch pokemon out can devastate a battle. Example, (for my purposes all pokemon mentioned are level 50) ok you have a quagsire and your opponent is using a vileplume. They're both your first in your rosters so you didn't have a choice. Anyways you start off with slam thinking they're gunna take you out quick with something like razor leaf so you want to do some sort of damage quickly since you have the quick claw equipped. Now you do the damage and are waiting for them but then see that they're charging for a solar beam instead. You think you're in luck and take the time to switch to lets say your medicham expecting that it'll survive the hit and then you can blast it with psychic. But what you didn't know is that it has a choice band equipped which wipes out your medicham. So by losing that one turn you lost a useful pokemon and are still stuck with the same problem.
I didn't take it as a bad thing, just pointing out that everything has its weakness. Pokemon without any type weaknesses are usually hindered by slow speed or some other stat. That's just the way it works.
