If I had to pick from the list Flashblade put up then I would have to say Dragon... the thing is I rarely come across others who use dragon so I never have a type advantage with that type. Also that fighting one looks awesome!

poison or flying or ghost because the poison type can be called toxeon and flying type can be called razeon and the ghost type can be called ghoen.

Great idea! The normal one should be called Eeveeon.
This is pretty radical but how about a evolution to regular Eevee and it's name would be Bidoofeeon. I imagine an Eevee body with a Bidoof's head. Instant favorite for everyone.
I would loooove a Dragon or Flying type Eevee. It'd be interesting to see their move sets, and they'd probably both be the best looking out of the established evolutions thus far.
