The lights are on
A workspace to promote the blogging community.
I'm not doing anything else at the moment (save cooling off after yet another Far Cry 3 death) so I thought I'd introduce myself to any newcomers who come by or oldies I've yet to get around to getting to know.
My names Tim and I'm an alcho... Wait, that's not right. I've been on the site as a spectator for a little over a year and a blogger for about 9 months. While I don't think my work is particularly ground-breaking in any traditional sense I do like to try and promote a conversation with the community when I blog. I try to post at least twice a week and am happy to give any feedback to new or otherwise bloggers out there as many others have done for me If you so request it. I generally only comment now and then but that doesn't mean they're not getting read.
In short, welcome, glad to have you aboard, namaste, and hit me up if you've got any questions or need a hand with anything!
My name is.... well if I get to know you better I might tell you, anyway I'm not what you'd call an expert at blogging, in fact I only started seriously blogging about three or four monthes ago. I try to read all blogs and will not hesitate to comment.
Welcome everyone to the Blogasphere and Godspeed to you all.
Azelra fell from her throne. I am Sorin-Life Bringer, and I must asend to her place as The Seventh Dragon Lord of the Consul of Light
I guess you can call me Dark Wing Duck as I mostly lurk in the shadows; reading blogs and occasionally stepping out to make a comment. I'd love to get back to blogging once a week but its a luxury I don't have now. Someday...
I'm a former Spectre who was trapped in a spacetime distortion and is now currently stuck in the strange world of Skyrim. I am a servant of Boethia and a disciple of the Thu'um.

Welcome all! And good idea starting an introduction thread, AshaMan.
I consider myself a fiction writer first and foremost, but over the last six months or so I have become an enthusiastic blogger as well. I try to blog semi-regularly (whatever that means...), but I tend to latch on to topics that I am particularly passionate about, ideally with some depth to them that I can spend time exploring.
I also try to read as many blogs as I can, and I'm a fairly frequent commenter as well. If anyone has any questions or feedback requests, I'll be more than happy to offer up my two cents' worth. :)
I'm me. An open book, really. I have been around and blogging since around March, so not quite a year. I like things, but dislike even more things. That's about it.

I've been blogging on GIO a little over a year now; I'm hoping to capture that habit and apply it to the many stories I've been meaning to write down but never have. I try to read every blog, but some days are just far too busy to get to each one. I have tried to be involved in every GaMe event since I jumped in a few months ago; there's something about writing fiction that's a nice complement to blogging.
WAZZUP?! (You remember that?)
I'm Dean, AKA Dean Robot, AKA born4this, AKA Captain James Darvy (that's my radio name.) I mostly post podcasts here at GIO, but I also blog. When I have something I really want to blog about, I get that thing done RIGHT NOW. That's when I know something is worth posting - when I want to stop everything to work on that blog.
