The lights are on
Looking for a survival Horror group? I was as well. Looking to reminisce about such classics as Eternal darkness, Resident Evil and Silent Hill? Why am I asking so many questions? Well then this is the group for you my friend!
Ahhh Max, the madcap.
What exactly happened to Max? Did you "accidentally" leave him at an abandoned hospital? Or did you lock him in a room with Pyramid Head?
Well, it was a combination of things. Aaron dumped him off at the hospital. Figured we'd soften him up with a proper beating by the nurses. Then Adym switched him out with one of the mannequins and let old Pointy Head have a bit o' fun with him. Then I decided I'd take him on little trip on a row boat with me out on Taluca Lake. And then threw him over.
Harsh...I like it!
So Minecraft is kind of a scary game, not atmospheric scary in the way Silent Hill is, or the way the early Resident Evils were. More like the Dead Space kind where you're stuck in a dark environment for a while and a monster pops up out of nowhere and scares the *** out you.
I've jumped so many times playing with headphones in.
Minecraft is a fantastic game. I've been playing it over at my friends' houses for a while now but finally got the game for myself. The first thing I did when I got it was change my character skin to dante. The cool one. Next skin is going to be Leon.
Yeah plus Creepers are just such A-holes; blowing up the entrances to my caves and waiting to cliff-dive on my head in the mornings, sheesh.
i still haven't played mincraft.
RE Director's Cut. My dad had got a PS1 and RE3 was actually the first game he bought and liked it so he got 1 and 2. I didn't really get into the genre that much until Silent Hill which upped the bar with it's atmosphere and grotesque visuals. Never really looked at RE 1 as survival horror back then.
You too will come to understand fear, as I have. - Pious Augustus
Minecraft made me pee my pants a few times.
@MasterBrief: Yeah, Resident Evil is like an actiony survival horror. It has more action than most survival horrors do.
