The lights are on
Here to help new members of the GameInformer Online Community fit in and become active.
I thought I should ask this, seeing as this group is for new people to meet old timers. Who is here an old timer and who is here as a new person?
What is the cutoff to no longer be considered new?
"I'm a dude, playin' a dude, disguised as anotha dude! You a dude that don't know what dude he is!" -Robert Downey Jr. in Tropic Thunder
Well, if you're here to meet the old timers to become more well known, then you're new. If you're to help new people then you're a old timer.
That means I'm a new timer. I'm probably older than some of the old timers.
I would consider myself new.
This doesn't belong in a blog..... it belongs...... ON FRONT PAGE!!! It all makes sense now.
im a vet. been on the site since 2004, just not really active until 2 or 3 years ago.
I've been here since January 2011... so what? Semi-Vet?
Drym Shuyan, you're definatley a Vet, and how long you've been here for doesn't matter. It's about how well known you are, and how active you are in the community.
You've been herded Stranger, you're a Vet.
I don't know, I still consider myself being new to this wonderful community, but I guess I've been here long enough (5-6 months) to at the very least know what I'm doing. I just want to help everybody!
Fan-art is a great thing! This was the last I worked on.
"There is neither good nor bad, but thinking makes it so." - William Shakespeare
I agree with GvS.
I mean, I've posted a few blogs and commented a decent amount, but I'm still pretty new.
Planning to be more active but I'd say I'm still new.
I'm new. I've only been here a few weeks.
Alright, so that means I'm new.
