The lights are on
This is the place to hang out with Christians who love gaming. If you are a Christian or an open-minded individual I encourage you to join and stay a while.
@cobra- alright Its Pon can get a little defensive when it comes to his faith. Don't want a big argument spawning. Also the video was intriguing.
@LA643-what was your thought on the whole DNA thing!
Stand bold, Stand strong!
Extremely interesting! Which just so you know I love studying things. Religions, ideas, cultures they are all do interesting!
me too! yay!
LA, there's no problem. We're only sorting out some disagreements.
I agree with just about everything you said, Cobra (my parents have gone through all that, and made it evident to me and my siblings long ago). But next you're going to hear people saying, ''Let's not call ourselves Christians anymore,'' and that's not what Jesus intended at all. We're still Christians, and Christians have always been ''religious'' people. Sure, it's not cool to have people say, ''Oh, you're religious?!'' But that's not our fault. JUST SHOW THEM THAT WE HAVE THE TRUTH.
If you do not have a strong footing in the Truth, then it will easily be diluted with false or biased information. So I highly advice that you do some research. Go back and read the bible with an open and investigative mind. Do not blindly agree to everything you read, if you find something disturbing, look it up! Do not let your emotions rule your judgement because it seems that you take offense at a lot of things that questions Christianity. Which isn't wrong but it shows people that your weak point, being that you are emotional about your faith. Know that the world will always attack you for whoever you may be and if you do not fully know who you are or have your hardcore facts on the table, you will lose. In the future, when you are in college or on your own, study other religions to see where they have lost reason and where they have reason. From my research, I have learned that the truth will not only be found in one place. The truth is fragmented and it is to be found everywhere. The bible contains a lot of truths, but sadly some humans have gotten their stingy hands on it and have diluted it down *gasps*. Because if you knew the absolute truth, then you will realize that the world you live in is full of lies and would not even dare to sin! Now I did not say that I know the absolute truth, but what I will say is that I have done my fair share of truth searching from this long life that I've had.
I am done with this debate by the way and don't take it too seriously :D
Well... there's nothing in the Bible that's left me wondering (besides Revelations); I study the Church Fathers plenty with my dad.
