Been getting down and dirty with XCOM most recently.
That game is frustrating.
Is it worth getting? I've been hearing good things about it.
I've recently been playing Sonic Adventure 2 Battle HD for my PS3. It was my first home console game I owned, so it's super nostalgic for me. It's a great game anyway, and worth the $10 IMO.
I'm also going to start doing a Let's Play for Pokemon Black 2, so that'll be fun!
It's worth getting if you A) Have fond memories of the original or B) You are a gamer masochist.
It helps if you have a strong background with TBS games since this game is unforgiving and not kind to newbies ;)
Alright, it looks good, don't have good memories of the old game (never played it) but I love TBS games.
So, any of you plan to go Black Friday shopping tomorrow/late tonight? I'm gonna go to Wal-mart and hopefully get Forza Horizon for 15$, and whatever other deals I can find. Wish me luck!
One died in India. Three was tracked down in Brazil. I am the only one left. I am The Second Musketeer
Hahaha, oh no not me! I try to avoid all the crazy if I can. Though there are some insanely good deals, it's nothing I can't live without. Not to mention if it's actually worth the trouble and the possibility of getting punched in the face haha! Good luck and happy bargain hunting!
Now you're playing with power!
I do all my shopping on the internet! I got an Xbox 260 250GB Slim Holiday Bundle for $199.99. Its a great price! I got it from the Best Buy website.
I got through it all pretty easily. I didn't even go on Friday actually, I went to Walmart Thursday night at 8. Everyone as already inside, so I didn't have to deal with cramming through the doors with 10 million other people. I got forza horizon and LBP karting for my birthday presents there.
Nice! Are you enjoying them?
That looks to be the case, Spock.
Well, I was playing ACIII, but after playing it a while I found myself becoming increasingly disappointed with it. So I stopped. I was flirting back and forth with XCOM for a while; mainly because I introduced it to a friend who really liked it and got into it.
I popped in Yakuza 4 a few days ago but haven't gone back to it since. I don't know. I've just been in a very funky, non-playing mood for the past few weeks.
I'm trying to finish up Shadow of the Colossus. But when I play it I have the urge to just ride around on Argo.
Haha, sorry Carson. Yeah both are really good. I particularly like Horizon better. There is just so much to do in the world. The music is the best licensed music I've heard in a game, and the setting is beautiful. I feel kinda bad that I got it for $15...
