The asset library never loads. What a load of crap this is. Can't even read the issue before the new one because not even that one can get passed that problem.

I've just had the same thing happen with the latest (june) issue.

It appeared, available for download. I downloaded it, and it just sits there, taunting me as it tries to open (note: it doesn't).

I'm scared to delete it as I buy (currently at least) on an issue by issue basis, and don't want to risk having to pay for it again if it's not tied to my iTunes account (which i'm presuming it is, but again - don't want to chance it).

Can't wait to read this issue, it's SO frustrating not being able to do so. It's been a good 4 or 5 days now since downloading it. Still waiting...

Any ideas? Or is it like Dawson said below, sit and wait?

ive had the same problem. eve since the April issue, ive been getting the notificationof resetting my account. now that I did,I lost all my previous issues in my library, and thwarted only issue could dl is December. the Game informer app just lost my entire library. hope they fixing the problem.

To Whom it may concern:

I have been a member of Gamer Informer for several years. I have a reading disability that make it impossible to access your magazine in printed form. I switched to the digital version on my tablet in hopes to finally read articles of games I'm interested in. But in accessing the app I see you have yet to add any accessible features like TTS (Text to Speech) or the ability to share to pocket for it to read the articles to me. I am very fustrated that I can not access to your magazine, which I am a paying member. I was hoping you would add some accessibility to your app like Text to Speach for those of us who need it. Content is only useful if one can access it and it's not fair for us that need accessability

No worries. I got that error message when I tried to post a comment on a blog but when I posted the error message here, it posted it three times for some reason, so I deleted them and in the mean time I checked the comment that I tried to post and it had worked apparently, so I deleted the error message.

Me: Awesome! I don't have to constantly be online just to read a magazine, I guess I will switch to digital!

GI, you need to inform GameStop employees that the magazine is not downloadable, so they stop lying to customers. Then again, I'm guessing you make more money off the digital edition so screwing us over is in your best interest. From what I've read this is the general consensus. I'm sick of all this online-only crap, I travel, I don't always have internet access, but I do bring my computer with me so I COULD read the magazine if I COULD download it, but I CAN'T.

A game stop employee set me up with the digital edition.. w/o telling me. Neglected to tell me when i checked on this 2 mos later.. told me it was my address (it wasnt) and then finally told me it was a digital subscription. after that, i go to the google play market to check for the app reader.. saw that 3/4 of it was 1 star reviews.. *no thanks*. This has been a bad experience after being a subscriber for so long. Get with the program game stop and game informer. you guys will crash into the ground if you keep this up.

I can't install issue 241 either. When it comes to processing the issue after the download the app always gives me an "unknown error" message.

Since this is (would be) my first regular issue in my subscription, it isn't exactky a great first impression.

Was wondering if there is any update on when 7" tablet will be supported by the Official Andriod app? Nothing more stupid then reading on a tablet in landscape mode with tiny print because of course you can't zoom in. Even though other magazines figured out how to do it. Or is it possible to download magazine on my PC as a PDF to use on my 7" tablet? Or is it possible to gain access to the Google Play version which does support 7" tablets? Sports Illustrated allows subscribers to access the magazine through Google Play, so not sure why GI couldn't.

So I commented on the article below (page 5 of comments), even shows in the "what's happening" feed and my activity tab that I did. Didn't unpublish or delete, wasn't obscene or had anything that would warrant a deletion (though from what I've seen most posts just get overwritten with a warning anyways). So...where'd it go?
