We updated the site today and introduced a bug that's causing this issue. We're working on testing a fix now. Should be fixed in a few hours.

I just this problem too. I'm glad that I found that link that was posted here or I was going to switch back to print. At least with print you're guaranteed to be able to read your issue at anytime you want to.

I looked at the mods list, I've never even SEEN most of the people. Only ones who seem to still have any activity left is dbull, Supersnake, and The Mods. Is anyone willing to bring this up with the powers that be at the GIO community management? You have lots of people like Saint, Apozem, Eyros, born4this, and Mray who are incredibly active and would keep GIO's community running smoother.

Same with Kindle Fire, which can read any webpage like a normal laptop, except the site keeps redirecting me to *** iphone site (insulting to my Kindle to call it icrap). Anyway, I will gladly change my account to digital if I can read it on my Kindle Fire (Android Tablet). Just make it recognize it as a normal laptop and it will be fixed. Thanks if anyone actually reads this to fix stuff.

i feel you pain. I check my blog and reviews to see what people think and how to improve my later articles from my past mistakes. My reviews (13 of them) were there about a two weeks ago but now they are gone. The message reads "This user has not posted any reviews" and yet the number of reviews clearly says thirteen. It's odd. I sent an e-mail to technical support last night. This was the response:

Dear [Me],

Thank you for contacting Game Informer.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please attempt these steps to rectify the problem with posting into the website.

The best internet browsers used to view the website or digital subscription is

Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer

Please clear your computer of any temporary internet files & internet cookies.

Then restart your computer.

Reset your password by following the link:

[View:https://www.gameinformer.com/login.aspx]

Click the link "I Need Help With my Password"

You can use your same password repeatedly. Verify that you have the correct

email address registered to your account.

I highly doubt this was anything more than an automated response or a generalized fix for most problems. Still, the problems persists and how it will be fixed I cannot say. I don't even have the option to post new reviews, which is the major problem for me.

For the first go around, it is def the best choice, over the paper mag. The reason is its accessible from any where, and much of the magazine is interactive. Plus, you dont have a stack old mags setting around. I actually subscribe to PLaystation Mag throught the mail, but prefer the digital GI. It is your preference but a nice computer screen, really makes some of teh articles jump out.

When I add my PS3 ID to my profile it does not load up. My Xbox 360 ID works fine but I'm not having luck with the PS3 option. Any ideas?

Hey, sorry I haven't updated this. Kinda forgot about it.

After trying to call customer service, but never getting through to a live person, I emailed customer service instead. They were able to resolve my issue within a few days.

It wasn't simply an issue of cookies for me. Like I said, I tried multiple browsers on multiple devices, and all of them did it. I had also tried clearing cookies and cache on all of those browsers, which did nothing.

In your Feb 2012 issue, on page 17, halfway down the right side of the page... who is the guy wearing the backwards baseball cap? I swear he could be my EXACT twin!!! If you have any doubt, compare my attached photo to his!!! You'll be VERY surprised at the amazing resemblance.

I enjoyed Generations too, but a critic is entitled to his/her opinion as are you so just let it go and enjoy the game.

I will say that Generations is definitely a step in the right direction for both Sega and Sonic though.
