If you want your paper magazine subsciption back you can call this # 1-866-844-4263, they will ask for your info and power ups card # and e-mail on file. If you are a new customer you are put in for digital only.

Well I know that everything is going digital, but I dont get on the computer enough to sit and read my digital magazine. I think for the $14.99 I spent on the subcsciption that I should have a choice of magazine or digital.

I signed up for powerup points put in my code on my acount but when i get and email and i click the link that says get your digital issue it takes me to a page asking me to subscribe while i am signed in and when i click the link on my phone it shows me the magazine and lets me read it.
